Tattoo Studio Pro offers a robust client management system, designed to streamline the process of handling client profiles and maintaining comprehensive records. This guide will provide you with detailed instructions on how to manage client profiles within the Tattoo Studio Pro app.

Accessing Client Profiles

  • To start managing your client profiles, tap on the menu icon in the top left corner of the Tattoo Studio Pro app.
  • Select the “Clients” option. Here, you’ll find a searchable list of all your clients, making it easy to locate any profile.

Managing a Client’s Profile

  • Select a client’s name to access their individual profile. This page is the hub for all information related to that specific client.
  • Here, you can update any necessary information, such as contact details, preferences, or any other relevant client information.

Viewing Appointment and Release Form History

  • Within the client’s profile, you can view a detailed history of their appointments, both past and upcoming.
  • Additionally, access all previous release forms linked directly in their profile, providing a comprehensive view of their interactions with your studio.

Tracking Deposits and Financial Transactions

  • The client profile also includes a history of deposits. This section details the artist involved in each session, the payment method used, and the amount of each deposit.
  • This feature is invaluable for financial tracking and ensuring transparency in transactions.

Session Notes: Adding Personal Touches

  • At the bottom of the client profile, you have the option to add or edit session notes. This could include details about the client’s preferences, specific requests, or any other notes that would help personalize their experience.
  • Maintaining detailed session notes can enhance client satisfaction and build a stronger client-artist relationship.

Saving Changes

  • Remember to hit the “Save” button at the bottom of the page after making any changes to the client’s information. This ensures that all updates are stored and applied to the client’s profile.

Deleting a Client’s Profile

  • If necessary, you can delete a client’s profile by tapping the “Delete Client” button.
  • Exercise caution with this function, as it is irreversible and will permanently remove all information related to the client from your system.
